European Materials Modelling Council International Workshop 2021

An invited impulse presentation, entitled “DOME 4.0: Enabling interoperability and collaboration in a digital marketplace ecosystem”, was given by Dr Amit Bhave, the coordinator of the DOME 4.0 project at the Digitalisation session of the 3rd European Materials Modelling Council (EEMC) International Workshop, that was held online on March 2-4, 2021. The focus of this impulse presentation is to foster discussion on the challenges and the solutions space in developing a marketplace ecosystem based on FAIR data principles.

The EMMC International Workshop has become known as a leading cross-cutting event where stakeholders from different materials modelling-related fields in industry and academia get together to discuss topics of strategic importance and elaborate on gaps and potential actions to move the field forward.
